Half way, and things are still looking promising…. GVC 1 has ended the first half of the competition on top of the table: a 2nd place, based on a somewhat lower goal rate. During autumn only one competition match was lost. In all 10 matches together, only four goals were received. In home games, no opponent was able to beat goal keeper Konstastinos Oridiolis. The resulting tables, of all autumn matches (below, “1e periode”) and home matches only (below, “Thuisbalans”) are to be cherished, because it is few years ago that the strongest team of GVC was positioned high on the table.
Let us see if the guys of GVC1, lead by trainer Riza Bican, can maintain the good results in spring. The competition starts again in February, with matches against vv Dodewaard (Feb 9, away) and Fortissimo (Feb 16, home). You are welcome to support!
